• All my figurines are 100% handmade and designed by me without using molds, 3D paints or any manufacturer.
• The figurines are made of high quality artist polymer clay and have a resin coating. This makes them a bit more durable than porcelain or ceramic items, but please be careful when handling them, since they are delicate, handmade items.
• Some of my handmade figurines have keyring attachments, but I don't recommend putting the figurines on actual keys because they can damage, scratch or even break the figurine when they knock together. I aim to make my figurines as durable as possible, and some of my clients have been using their figurines on their keys for years without breaking them. That being said, I recommend using them as an indoor decoration or putting them in a place where they don't get damaged, for example on your backpack or belt loop!

Unclaimed order:
• If your order comes back as "unclaimed" I will notify you via the email you gave at checkout. If the order was not delivered properly because I mispelled your name or address, I will pay for your shipping and send it again. If you didn't pick up your package in time, you have to pay for the shipping again.
Damaged order:
• If your order comes damaged, please reach out to me immediately via email. Please ALWAYS attach a photo of the damaged item(s). We will discuss your opportunities, which can include sending the item back for repairment + refund, full refund or partial refund, all based on the level of the damage and your preferences.
Wrong item:
• If you got the wrong item in the order, please let me know as soon as possible! Please attach a photo of the wrong item when you message or email me. I will give you a refund for the item or send you the one you originally ordered!
How long does the shipping take?
• I live and ship from Eastern Europe, Hungary. Shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks to the USA, 1-2 weeks to most European countries and 2-4 week to rest of the world. There's an additional week where I pack the items and bulk-ship them (I usually bulk-ship once a week or more if I have 10+ orders). Please note that after I hand the package over to the shipping service, it is outside of my control, I can't affect how much time it will take for the package to reach you exactly.
My order hasn't arrived yet! What should I do?
• If your order still hasn't arrived after 1-1,5 months, firstly please call your local postal service. After I hand the package over to the shipping service, I only know as much about its whereabouts as you. If your order won't arrive, I will give you a refund. There have been cases where the package was left in the postal service's storage for 2 months so it's always best to wait first, and to call them.
